NDIS Services — Melbourne Eastern Suburbs

Every kind of
support we offer

From daily care at home to community outings, from independent living to employment support — here's a complete picture of what Anchor & Aim can help with.

Built Around You

One team.
Every service you need.

We deliver NDIS supports across daily living, community participation, independent living, employment, transport, high intensity support and community nursing — all under one roof, all delivered by the same small, careful team.

That matters because most participants don't need just one service. They need a coordinated mix. Working with one provider means one point of contact, one team who knows you, and no gaps between services.

Finding Your Fit

Not sure what
you need?

It's a common question — and usually the right answer isn't just one service. Most participants work with a mix that's tuned to their plan, goals and daily life. Here are the questions we find most useful when working it out together.

  • Where do you most need a hand?

Is it at home (daily living), out in the world (community participation, transport), or building independence (life skills, employment)? This usually points toward the main category of support.

  • What does your NDIS plan fund?

Your plan outlines which supports you have funding for — Core Supports, Capacity Building, or both. We're happy to look through it with you if you're not sure.

  • Do your needs require specialist skills?

If support involves clinical tasks (wound care, catheters, complex medication) or high intensity tasks, you'll likely need a mix of standard support and either High Intensity or Community Nursing.

  • Is this about right now, or a bigger change?

Some supports are ongoing (daily living, SIL). Others are episodic (community nursing for a recovery period, employment support during a job transition). Both are fine — and often sit alongside each other.
